All,

There is a SKYWARN Webinar training class schedule for March 25, 2020 @ 1200
to 1400 Hours. Go to https://www.weather.gov/phi/classes. There are two
links you must register on, a Spotter Registration link and a Webinar
Registration link.

There are also Webinars scheduled for April 18 and April 21.

 

These courses are not just for newbies, but even if you have a spotter ID,
it would not hurt to take a refresher course.
