To All GCARC Members and Guests:

The GCARC June 2020 General Membership Meeting will be a Zoom virtual Meeting.  You may join from a Windows or Mac Computer or an iOS or Android device. The Web Browser client will automatically download when you join your first Zoom Meeting, and is also available for manual download at the link below to save time. Zoom Mobile Apps for iOS and Android are also available for download at the link below.

If you download the client ahead of time you'll be able to verify that your audio and video are working properly.  Launch it, and on the home page, click on the little gear in the upper right corner - Settings - .  There you can select your preferences and set up your audio and video.

On Meeting night, I'm starting the Video conferencing at 7:15pm to give everyone a chance to join, and be ready to go by 7:30pm.  You should be able to join by clicking the "Join Meeting" link below from a browser. You may Copy and Paste the link into your browser if clicking on the link doesn't work. Or if that fails, use the Meeting ID and Password.

I have enabled Video for the meeting, but if you don't have a camera, you can join with just audio (you'll need a Mic for your computer if it doesn't have one built in) and still be able to see video from the Meeting participants.

Last of all, I'm told that after the Business Meeting,  a Field Day related presentation will be given.
