[GCARC] Testing tubes?

Does anyone have a quality tube tester? I have 3 tubes that show possibly bad (middle of yellow) on my Heathkit TC-2 (emissions tester). I need something more exact before I go order some new tubes online.

I was restoring a Hallicrafters S-38C that I wanted to put in my shack. The 3 tubes I need to test are a 12SG7, 12SQ7, and 50L6. Before I order them online, I want to confirm that they are bad.
