[GCARC] Tanzania for DX

FB Vinnie, I worked them in the contest on 20 and 40. Strong on 40 (worked them around sunset 2300Z on Sat evening), and about 2P local on Sun on 20, very strong. Look for them around those times, prop pretty good to Africa then.
