[GCARC] Video from COES satellite images

Here’s a short (6 second) video that I made from two days of images from the GOES satellite receiving station at the clubhouse. It’s showing movement of atmospheric moisture throughout the day. GOES16 transmits these images every half-hour and I stitched them together several days of them and made this short MP4 file. There’s a lot of cool data flowing from that satellite (about 5 gb/day – we have to sweep the SD card in the Raspberry Pi every 2 days to keep it from filling up) that we’re just beginning to explore.
