I have added the rules to the 2020 Hamfest page. I also added the ability to download a copy of the flier, both PDF and JPG versions.
Now, just waiting for a list of the door prizes.

FYI...Are we going to allow for handicap parking which is the area behind the main pavilion?

Hello!  The Gloucester County Amateur Radio Club will be hosting the ARRL Southern New Jersey Section Convention and Hamfest on Sunday, September 13, 2020!  Our Hamfest Flier is attached.

We’ll have many door prizes this year! Siglent graciously donated our Grand Prize: a brand new Siglent SDS 1202X-E 200MHz dual-channel oscilloscope!  Wow!  

Come to the hamfest for a chance to Win…get rid of those boat-anchor scopes and step onto the cutting edge with the SDS 1202X-E.

Door prizes will be given away donated from MJF, PreciseRF, NatCommGroup/Comet, Heil Sound, Alpha Antenna, ARRL, Mosley Electronics, Pacific Antenna, BioEnno Power, Ham Radio Deluxe, Wired Communications, Giga Parts, DX Engineering & SDR Play. 

Please note:

- We are operating in accordance with State guidelines; please check our website www.w2mmd.org <http://www.w2mmd.org/> for any important announcements before leaving for the hamfest
- MASKS ARE REQUIRED FOR GATE ENTRY AND SHOULD BE WORN AT ALL TIMES 
- Non-vendors must park in the lower parking area - there are NO EXCEPTIONS
- All vendors must leave a 6' space between their setup and the next vendor 
- All fees will be collected at the gate this year.  Please bring small bills; exact change will help us expedite your entry into the event and minimize face-time.

Vendors may arrive at 6:00 a.m. with general admission at 8:00.  We’ve streamlined the event this year to encourage social distancing and spread out on our spacious open-air fairgrounds.  

VE Testing is at 9:00 and will take place in your own vehicle at a special area in front of the clubhouse (at the gate).

Location: 235 Bridgeton Pike, Mullica Hill, NJ
Costs: $10 admission (non-ham spouses and kids are free).  Vendors: tailgate spaces $8, pavilion $12 plus admission fee.
