[GCARC] GCARC Fox-Hunt cancel for tomorrow -> move to SAT NOV 16

For all who could not make tomorrow's fox hunt, you are in luck, because
you will have another chance!
Just talked with Vinnie (the devious Fox who is hiding the transmitter for
us to find this time).   Like Al suggested earlier today, indeed, the
weather forecast has deteriorated to point where we have to postpone.
The pursuit is being re-scheduled for 1-2pm on SATURDAY November 16, 4
weeks from today.
More time to clear your schedules and get ready to go after this crafty fox
in a big way!
