I happen to have an ICOM PCR-1500 SDR Receiver that is in perfect operating condition  Is a wide band coverage receiver from 0.01 to 3299.999MHz.  All modes.  Can be used, for example, to download satellite signals such as NOAA birds.  Covers all the Ham Bands.
