[GCARC] Help with Thunderbird Mail

HI, I have a problem with Thuynderbird mail. When displaying email 
messages only

three fields are display: From, Subject and Correspondents, no date.

How do I add date as a display column or go back to default settings.

Any help or ideas would be appreciated.
