I am giving my old one to Charlie. I will recondition it with a sanding and a coat of paint. However, he needs someone to pick it up from me and will need help raising it.

Joe,

That is a good article.  Those SWR numbers are exactly where mine is at. I
did play with the tuning rings but wound up putting them back to the
factory setting because that gave the best match over the range of 15 to 10
meters. Good antenna for the money. Too bad 10 meters is not like it was
when we had all those converted CB rigs working DX!
