[GCARC] What's Happening @ GCARC!

All,

Our monthly General Membership Meeting is coming up this Wednesday, July 3,
2019 @ 1930 Hours at the Pfeiffer Community Center in Williamstown, NJ. Our
featured speaker will be a Skype meeting with Dr. Edison Fong, WB6IQN. He is
the designer of the DBJ-1 and DBJ-2 dual band J-Pole antennas. His students
help build these antennas to sell.

 

We will also have a post-Field Day presentation with pictures. It was
another exciting Field Day. Wish we had more members show up and help out.
There is already a FD2020 committee being formed to work on some issues to
make next year's FD2020 better.

 

Tuesday night is the 10M Rag Chew Net @ 2000 Hours. Thursday night is 2M Rag
Chew Net, also @ 2000 Hours.

 

July's Tech Saturday Forum will be on Saturday, July 6, 2019 @ 0900 Hours.
It will be an Open Discussion about all Amateur Radio topics. Come on out
and see what the "GCARC Skunkworks" team is doing now. The VHF room looks
like the bridge of the Starship Enterprise!

 

As always, everyone is welcome to our meetings, events, and activities.
