[GCARC] ARLS002 ARISS Plans Do-Over of Slow-Scan TV Transmissions over February 15 - 17 Weekend

On Robot36 I found it had to set the mode to PD120. The auto dectect didn’t
work for me. Just hold it up to the speaker and it should work for you.
