All,

Our monthly General Membership Meeting is coming up on Wednesday, August 7,
2019 @ 1930 Hours at the Pfeiffer Community Center in Williamstown. Our
program was supposed to be a Skype meeting with Alexandre Grimberg, PY1AHD,
but he had to postponed it until the September 4th meeting. So, if no one
else has any ideas for a program, I suggest we have a Get To Know Your
Fellow Members night. A live and in-person rag chew net.

 

The monthly Tech Saturday Forum will be on Saturday, August 10, 2019 @ 0900
Hours at our W2MMD Clubhouse. It will be an open discussion about all
Amateur Radio topics.

 

The 10M Rag Chew Net is Tuesday night @ 2000 Hours. The 2M Rag Chew Net is
Thursday night @ 2000 Hours. Don't forget, the 2M repeater is on EchoLink :
W2MMD-R.

 

John K2QA as configured the EchoLink server in the Clubhouse to
automatically log itself in and run the EchoLink program after a power
outage.

 

If the stars align properly, the new Yaesu 2M repeater will be installed on
Saturday afternoon.

 

The monthly VE session at the Franklinville Library is on Thursday night @
1900 Hours.

 

The 10M Swap Meet Net is Saturday night, August 10th @ 2000 Hours.

 

There will be a sign-up sheet at Wednesday night's meeting for people who
want the bring side dishes and/or desserts to the Family Picnic on August
17th.

 

As always, everyone is welcome to our meetings, events, and activities.
Refreshments will served.
