Our monthly General Membership Meeting is taking place on Wednesday, May 1,
2019 @ 1930 Hours at the Pfeiffer Community Center in Williamstown. Our
program for the evening will be a Skype meeting with Ward Silver, N0AX. Ward
is an ARRL contributing editor and author. He will be talking about
grounding the ham shack.

 

This month's Tech Saturday Forum will be on May 4, 2019 @ 0900 Hours at our
W2MMD Clubhouse. It will be an open discussion about all ham radio related
topics.

 

Thursday, May 2, 2019, Mark KK2L and his team will be activating Pork
Island. If you wish to participate, please contact Mark. He will also be
activating Rainbow Islands on May 11th.

 

Tonight is the 10M Rag Chew Net and Thursday is the 2M Rag Chew Net. Both @
2000 Hours. Don't forget our 2M repeater is now on EchoLink. Just search for
W2MMD-R.

 

Field Day is only 53 days away. Check the website for the latest list of
participants. If you wish to help out, please contact Al KB2AYU.

 

Speaking of Field Day, yours truly needs to know who will be bringing what
food to Field Day. So send me a list (i.e. side dishes like potato salad,
macaroni salad, garden salad, etc.) and don't forget desserts. We will have
the standard fare (burgers, dogs, chips, soda, water, and coffee).

 

And of course, don't forget the world famous Sunday morning breakfast.
