[GCARC] Petty Island Team Confirmed April 27

Isn't this practically the exact same crew that we had last time?  Come on
guys, the weather is A LOT better than it was in December.  Mark, I thought
we were bypassing dealing with the Audobon Society, and dealing directly
with CITGO?  Maybe I got that wrong, huh.
