I have a Dell Latitude e6420 laptop that I have for sale.  The screen is about 15 inches.   It is a Windows 7 OS with an Intel Core I5 chip 2.5 GHz.  There is currently 4.0 GB upgradeable RAM for memory and there is a 265GB SSD installed.  There is no internal Wi-Fi and I do not have the charging brick.  However, the brick is readily available on eBay for about $15 and I will throw in a Netgear WNDA3100v2 WiFi dongle which will give you WiFi internet.  Of course, you can plug into a CAT5 ethernet cable if you don't use WiFi.  Everything else works as it should.  Yours for $75.  I will send pictures if interested.
