[GCARC] Club shirts

The shirts that some of us were wearing at the Hamfest (staff shirts) 
were donated to the Club for Hamfest workers by Bill Price, NJ2S, a 
couple of years ago.

If there is enough interest, we could look into ordering some new shirts.
