All,

Our monthly Board of Directors Meeting is on Wednesday, October 17, 2018 @
1900 Hours at the W2MMD Clubhouse. All members are welcome.

 

The deadline for articles for the November 2018 Crosstalk Magazine is
Saturday, October 20, 2018. About a couple of months ago I asked for "Show
Us Your Shack" articles and I got a few. One from Curt Myers WA2JSG and one
from Jeff Welsh KD2AZI. Curt's was in October and Jeff's will be in the
November issue. I would like to see more of these types of articles from the
members. It does not have to be something real long, just a few paragraphs
will do and some pictures if you have them.

 

Herb Dyer KT2Y is trying to reboot the 2 Meter Ragchew. It is scheduled for
every Thursday @ 2000 Hours on the 147.180 MHz Repeater. So turn-on and
tune-in this Thursday.

 

The 10M Ragchew Net will be Tuesday, October 16, 2018 @ 2000 Hours on 28.465
MHz.

 

Al KB2AYU has scheduled the Shed Rebuilding Project for Saturday, October
28, 2018 and if needed, Sunday October 29, 2018. We are going to need to
jack up the shed so we can fix and level the 4 x 4 supports. If anyone has
any floor jacks, please bring them out. So, come on out, bring some tools,
and your muscles!

 

And don't forget the Pitman/Glassboro CROP Hunger Walk coming up on Sunday,
