[GCARC] Digipeating packets through the ISS

On the 2 meter net tonight there was some discussion about how to digipeat packets through the International Space Station. Coincidentally there were 2 ISS passes during the net and I was successful in getting digipeated, with my call showing up on the ariss.net map.
