[GCARC] Attorney Fee for 501 (c) (3) consultation

Good Morning All,


As promised, at the meeting on Wednesday, I have learned the fee amount for the attorney consultation at the November 28th Board Meeting.   While being authorized to spend up to $300 for this visit, $0 will be actually charged by Paul & Katz, P.C., Edward Paul esq., to explain all the factors regarding an application for a 501 (c) (3) status for GCARC.  He will be open to Q & A by membership about this topic.
