[GCARC] How we set up the GOES receiving station

I wrote an article on the W2MMD Satellite blog about how we set up this station. In the process of setting it up we read a lot of articles on specific issues but nothing that pulled everything together, so hopefully this article will be helpful to those trying to replicate this project.
