Mark,
Sounds great. Will the April 2019 activation be the short one for just a few hours?
If during the day, your band plan sounds great. 

WHen we get to operate for the weekend, we should be on 40/80 at night since the higher bands are dying by sunset.

By the way Mark, great job with those Spiderpoles. I don't think they can be beat for quality and sturdiness for portable work. Many dxpeditions have used them successfully.
