[GCARC] Field Day

Unfortunately, it looks like it is going to be a soggy Field Day; even 
Friday night might be wet.

Field Day is about emergency preparedness, and during weather related 
emergencies the weather is usually really bad.

So bring your rain gear. We will have to be careful with the AC power 
distribution.

All connection points will have to be off the ground and covered.

I plan to be at the site for a bit on Friday night.
