[GCARC] 442.100 repeater

The repeater comes up, but it doesn't seem to be transmitting the 
subaudible tone.

So, if you have full tone squelch enabled, you won't hear it (although 
you will see your S meter go up).

I have the 440 Yaesu System Fusion repeater, I just need to find time to 
get it reinstalled at the

repeater site.
