[GCARC] MARS Exercise

Hi all,

The Army/AF MARS Comex 18-1 is going on this week, and was wondering if 
you care to send in a county status report from Gloucester (or any 
county that you reside in).  What they are looking for is the status of 
Power, Water, Sanitation, Medical, Communications, and Transportation.  
I won't ask you to list each one... just a "all ok" will suffice, along 
with your call, date, and title of your position there if you have one.
