[GCARC] FT8 ya gotta upgrade

As Jim Wright, N2GXJ, correctly reminded everyone a few weeks ago, WSJT-x software was recently upgraded to the 2.0.0 version.  In the past, an upgrade would only mean a few features were added that had no effect on the operation of the software.  This time, if you don't upgrade, FT8 1.9.1 will NOT communicate with those having the 2.0.0 software.  In other words, while hearing other signals, your older software will not decode.  With the popularity of the software, right now, most users have upgraded.
