[GCARC] Region 2 Army MARS COMEX 17-4 CW NETS

Army MARS is having another COMEX Exercise in November, and this time 
they are also offering CW nets on the Amateur Bands.
Below I have forwarded the schedule.
I will re-post again just before the event.

As part of our all out efforts to maximize the collection of County 
status / infrastructure reports from each of the 83 counties that make 
up New York and New Jersey we are once again instituting a series of CW 
Nets that will be used in addition to our other established methods.

The following is the COMEX 17-4 CW schedule for November 2 to the 6, 2017

Amateur operators can check in with the Net Control station and give the 
following details: RST/NAME/COUNTY/STATE. Since this is an EXERCISE we 
will assume all systems are operational such as: Commercial power, 
telephone service, water and communication services.  If so please send: 
ASO (meaning All Systems are Operational).

  * All stations are welcome to check in to the special CW net.
  * Times and frequencies are subject to change at anytime.
  * A QSL Card confirmation will acknowledge ALL stations checking in to
    the special COMEX 17-4 CW net
  * Any speed CW is welcome
