[GCARC] Third Thursday 2 Meter Net

GCARC Members:

Had only 1 check in, last night, on the net.  Interest & participation has
been ebbing , for quite a while.  It was started by, now SK,  Tom  Cusack,
KC2THO.  I  continued to run it, for Tom, after his illness prevented him
from attending.  Now that he is gone, and there is a weekly 10 meter net,
at the same time, I have decided to terminate my NCS activities for this
net.  It just doesn't seem worth the effort, given the rapidly
deteriorating interest.

I Would appreciate anyone who wants to send me their thoughts on this
matter,  contacting me at mirkin3 at gmail.com.  Anyone who wants to continue
the Net, and would like to take over as NCS, please contact me, and ill
fill you in on the details, as well as, send you the "script" that is used
for the open, and the XL spreadsheet with folks who have checked in, over
the couple of years the Net was active.
