[GCARC] home station address published

Glenn:

Look at the specifications.  What is required is a valid mailing address, so that they can contact you if need be.  That can be a Post Office box, work address (like many of the League staff use) or even the mailing address of a relative.  It doesn't have to be your physical home address.
