[GCARC] GCARC Ten Meter Net Alternate Frequency Change

 Hi All,
It has recently come to my attention that 28.400 Mhz is a calling frequency, therefore I am changing the Nets alternate frequency to 28.415 Mhz.  Our primary frequency will still remain at 28.425 Mhz.
