[GCARC] Thursday Nights Net and the 2nd Saturday Swap Meet moves to a new frequency

 Hi All,
It has become necessary to move the GCARC Nets to a new frequency, due to band openings on 10 Meters which usually occur around 1930 hours there is one station in GA that booms in on 28.425.  I had worked him on last Saturday and then asked if he would QSY as there was a Net about to begin and he refused to move.  This is not the first time I have encountered this station, so I think it is just best to move the Nets to a new frequency.
Both Nets will now be on 28.450 at there usual time and dates with 28.415 remaining as the alternate frequency.
