Bob,

Were you at the last meeting when we had Daniel Romanchik KB6NU via Skype.
He talked about this No-Nonsense study guilds.

You can go to http://www.kb6nu.com/study-guides/ and download the tech 
one for free. Can't beat that for cheap. Or the eBook's on fairly cheap.
The physical book is fairly cheap too.

If you really need a physical book, I know they are some books at the 
club house and Harry K2ATX at Saturday's Tech Saturday was talking about 
make some kind of leading policy, so you might what to check with him.
