[GCARC] New NJ Veterans Tax Exemption

The State of NJ is initiating a new $3,000 exemption starting with the 
2017 tax year.

My accountant was not aware of this exemption so don't assume you tax person
knows.

exemption for veterans.

Form DD-214 needs to be provided in only the first year of claiming this
