On June 3rd the Gloucester County Amateur Radio Club will host two
licensing cram sessions. The morning session will prepare candidates that
do not currently have an Amateur Radio license to pass the Element 2 exam.
In the afternoon there will be a similar session designed to prepare
candidates that have their a Technician license to pass the Element 3 exam
to upgrade their license to a General Class license.
In addition to the cram classes, we will be conducting two VE sessions; one
session immediately following each class. The first session will take place
at approximately 11:30 and the second session will take place at
approximately 17:30 (5:30 pm).
We will need a minimum of three Volunteer Examiners for each VE session.
Volunteers may work either or both sessions. June 3rd is only forty-two
days away and we need to fill both sessions in order to ensure the
candidates have an opportunity to earn their licenses or upgrade at the
cram sessions.
If you are a VE and would be willing to volunteer for one or both sessions,
please contact either Urb or me, directly. Thank you for your consideration
in this matter.
Best regards,
Harry
