Good Evening,

Thought I would share this great antenna that I use, in my attic, when I want to work UHF/VHF. It has 250 watt capability. It comes as a wire, with an end cap at one end a SO239 connection at the other, which you insert into a section of PVC pipe. It is ready to go and all you have to do is go to Lowes/Home Depot and buy 5 feet of ¾ inch Class 200 PVC which costs about $5. I have it mounted on a tripod microphone stand. With 20 watts coming out of my transverter, I am able to hit the University of Pa. repeater, going North, and downtown Wilmington, going South, repeater on 2 meters.
