[GCARC] Today's Hamfest

Dear Men and Women of the GCARC,

A very special thank you to organizers Sheldon and Bill, and to all the
volunteers who pitched in with today's hamfest! So much goes on behind the
scenes to pull off a quality event. And this was a quality event. Thank
you! You do us all proud!

We don't have the exact figures in yet, but preliminary, it looks like we
made our numbers for this year. We should have more details to share at our
next club meeting.

In another positive sign, there was generally positive feedback from
vendors and guest about their experience today. That is important to help
ensure a good return rate for next year.
