It looks like much of our Section will be in for a wet and windy weekend. Now is the time to check your equipment and your emergency power systems. Gas up your vehicles because, in reality, they are excellent 12 volt generators for running radios and charging cell phones. If you are potentially deployable as an ARES or RACES member, see to your family and friends needs now in the event you get called away to serve. Hopefully Hurricane Hermine will only deal us a glancing blow. Regardless, this is one of those times when we get to show our communities what we are best at. Stay ready and stay safe.
