Most of the talk groups you have programmed will work wide area with the exception of Tri State, which has NOT been c-Bridge connected. The Waterford repeater is in the K4USD/W2XAB network.

(https://www.repeaterbook.com/repeaters/details.php?state_id=42&ID=14161 ) This repeater was put on the air over the weekend, and like Waterford is connected to the K4USD/W2XAB network. All of the same talk groups the you have for Waterford should work, but if you have issues, BE PATIENT. It is a new build and with all new builds, it will have issues until we optimize for performance. The same URL's for the talk group list and netwatch for K4USD should be utilized.
The two most important pieces of info you can use is the RSSI value and Packet Loss (loss rate) columns. Values of -115 to -127 dbm is considered poor to bad for inbound signals to the repeater. Having a poor signal and a large percentage of loss rate, means you may R2D2 or not get in at all.
The other info presented on netwatch will indicate whether or not if you radio is programmed correctly. Are you on the correct talk group, have the correct ID and is you name spelled right.
