[GCARC] New MD380 1.6A codeplug with WR3IRS rtp's and TG's

 This CP needs you to fill out your DMR info also the Scan list, and Buttons definitions need to be set. ( You can do then to your liking). The WR3IRS TG's (the 1st 4 rtp's) are what is posted on the web site www.wr3irs.com please read that site before using the rpt's on that system. Thanks to K2XE WB3EHB and WM3A for help with this CP...
