[GCARC] Gloucester City Hamfest Time Change

All,

Due to a misunderstanding, the Brooklawn Memorial American Legion Hall will
not be open until 11:00 AM for the Gloucester City Amateur Radio Club Mid
Winter Hamfest on Sunday, February 14, 2016. This the first time Gloucester
City is using the Legion Hall as a venue for their Hamfest, so let's show
them some neighborly support and attend their Hamfest.
