Hello Fellow Communicators:

Here we are again with a plea for help and another deadline that we are hitting.

The *official *sign-up deadline date for this year’s MS 150 is August 15, 2016. The reason that we have this date is that we need to make our room reservations, and the society will not allow a block of rooms to be held without having names to put to them.

All 2 day volunteers have available to them a room in Ocean City for Saturday night, and of course dinner at either the Music Pier or the High School is also available, but we do need your sign-up forms. We cannot guarantee a room unless we have your form on file.

We ask that all HAMS please take this opportunity to fulfill this community service opportunity and take the time to come out and show how the HAM community comes through when needed.

We are still looking for 40 route check points to be filled. Remember, this position will only take up 3 – 5 hours of event time, and the rest of the day and night are yours to enjoy the perks and festivities.

You can volunteer using the on-line form at: http://main.nationalmssociety.org/HAMS. Please pass along this email to all HAMS that you know to try and bolster our ranks.

If you have already responded and unfortunately cannot help this year, please use this form and email to help talk the event up. Remember, please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions, and we look forward to working with as many of you as possible this year.

If at all interested, please contact us at either:

N3MSS <at> @mail <dot> com
or leave a message on our phone line: (609) 316-8220

With Much Appreciation
