[GCARC] K2P operators needed

Hello everyone, 
If anyone in GCARC is interested in operating the special event station for the Pope's visit, it begins 9/22 through 9/27 and is open to anyone who wishes to sign up. 
The call for NJ and NY states is K2P. 
The sign up window is at http://www.gsbarc.org/K2P.htm . It's very similar to the signup used for the W1AW/ operations last year, except you don't need to log into anything (just pick your 2-hour operating slot by entering your call in the box, then Submit after you enter the other info on the page). There are 3 categories, SSB, CW, and Digital for all bands listed. 
Your exchange would be "59 NJ" or "599 NJ" (since both NJ and NY use the same call and there will be separate commemorative QSLs sent out for each state). 
Participants have to maintain a separate log for K2P which is exported to an adif file after the event and emailed to Ron Sigismondi N3RS, at n3rs at verizon.net . 
This should be a lot of fun operating with pileups similar to those generated by the portable W1AW operations last year. 

There are currently many, many slots available so this is your chance to have some fun in the mode of your choice, and give you some great experience handling pileups.
