There will be a meeting to discuss the award on Oct 10th at my home, time is noon (12 PM). 

Phyllis said      “a light lunch will be provided”. 

This meeting is only for the former recipients of the award. “you know who you are”… If not it’s on the W2MMD website (left hand column).

Note: When you pull into the driveway it’s not the home on the right!   (slow 5 MPH young child lives there) You have to continue driving into the woods.
