got mine too make sure u follow instructions on install for windows http://laboenligne.ca/?page_id=291 
also it is inportant to get that dmr id# in step 1 the dv4mini didnt stop trying to find the dv4 mini untill i put my number in the space provided. then it started to work. also do the firmwear update.

DV4 Mini arrived and it is loaded on Raspberry Pi. Turnkey set-up and am on the air. I will be getting DMR radio later this week and we'll see how that works.
