FYI, 

I just got a call from Bill Price and Kevin Hall,  they have fixed the
toilet at the site. 

Also I was there Saturday when Merrill Brown WK2G was operating the cw
contest. At that time the water was turned off but by the time I left - the
4H people had the water back on.
