[GCARC] Would like to help

Bob,

Thanks for volunteering. Several of us will meet at the 4H grounds
(pavillion area) at 6 pm on Sat, 9/13 to paint spaces, move tables, clean
area, help scouts with food setup, etc. Stop by to help!

Then we'll begin meeting the next morning beginning at ~ 6 am to begin
accepting tailgaters, direct parking, sell general admission tickets, help
vendors, selling 50/50 tickets, etc.

The hamfest will end at ~ 2 pm and then we'll need to clean up the grounds.
I could use your help here.

Call me when you're on site either day so I can check you in and assign
tasks. Thanks.
