[GCARC] NEEDS HELP - EXPLAINE BELOW

Bill needs help putting his beam antenna on his tower. He has only one
section of Rohn Tower in the ground, so the top of it is about 8 feet. 

It looks like he needs about 3 or 4 guys with 6 or 8 foot "A" ladders to get
the job done. He lives about a mile and a half off of Harding Highway aka RT
40  near Tire Emporium in Franklinville.

The beam is already put together, it has to be raised and bolted in and
