- PLEASE...

Only 6 members volunteered to help this weekend at the site, I can't do it
all - I'm going to need a lot more help.

We are nearing the end of this project but at a critical crossroads between
finished and not able to move in. When I picked up this project I assumed I
would get help from a lot of the club members. There have only been a
handful, although not always the same people who stepped up and to those of
you, thank you.

At this point, we need anyone who can spare a few hours of their time to
band together to see the project to completion.

The last pieces of flooring and other punch list items are the most
difficult and it takes many hands, not just a few to handle the heavy
flooring we just acquired at no cost to the club.

So if you haven't emailed me yet and you are intending to come out and help
on either day - CONTACT ME so I can plan out these last few pieces of the
puzzle. Remember this club project is being done for the good of entire
membership, over 100 strong.

We have planned and executed this project at minimal cost and sometimes no
cost to this club. Many donations of supplies, labor and equipment have been
acquired so we can all enjoy the hobby we so love from a state of the art
station. We have been leaders in contests when were operating from the
grassy knoll. Can u imagine what we can achieve when we work out of a proper
building with updated surroundings and equipment?

This is coming from me, but don't make Phyllis ask you. She won't be as
gracious as I have been in this memo.

So I will have about 20 of you each day? I am counting on you. And remember
Phyllis is watching you. !! (But she is really waiting for the project to be
done so she can do the Window Treatments) LOL
