[GCARC] BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING TONIGHT

Hi, folks, 

I was out at the site earlier today in the rain, BE ADVISED:  the ground is
very soft from the snow and the rain. 

Watch where you park.  If you don't have a 4 wheel drive vehicle enter on
the road that goes behind the trailer. 

You will see large ruts in the ground behind the trailer where the truck
delivered items today. You will also see

The new flooring out in the rain. Don't worry about it as the rain won't
hurt it at all. I had to pull a 22 foot box 

Truck out of the mud with my truck and I have the pictures. What a mess that
was..

BUT: 

WE HAVE TO HAVE A WORK PARTY THIS WEEKEND TO GET THE FLOORING INTO THE
TRAILER AND INSTALL A LOT OF IT. A LOT OF ITEMS HAVE TO BE MOVED - LAY THE
FLOORING DOWN - THEN PUT THE FURNITURE BACK IN PLACE. 

I WILL NEED A LOT OF HELP, AND IT MIGHT BE ON BOTH DAYS: SATURDAY AND
SUNDAY. 

SO WHATEVER DAY YOU CAN MAKE IT LET ME KNOW.
