[GCARC] VHF, UHF Coastal opening

Had a feeling it was going on Al.  Driving up 295 at 3:00am there was picket 
fencing on WMMR and Q102 from other stations.  At times complete takeover to 
full quieting.  Have to look in the fm guide to see who is allocated since I 
did not get calls.  Sub 92 mhz full with lp stations also.
I'll call ya.
